At Unlimited Fitness, we understand that holidays, time off, and travel are all part of a balanced life — and we fully encourage that.
That’s why we’ve created a fair and flexible Class Banking system for members who are heading away.
But before we explain how it works, here’s why we do things this way:
Why We Don’t Pause Payments During Holidays
Our program is not a pay-per-class system. It’s a full coaching experience — with structure, accountability, support, and results — all built into a weekly membership..
This ensures we can:
✅ Deliver consistent, high-quality coaching year-round
✅ Maintain limited group sizes and avoid overbooking
✅ Plan with clarity and fairness for all members
✅ Continue supporting you (and everyone else) with the service you signed up for
When payments are paused, it disrupts all of this — both reports wise and operationally too. And more importantly, it sends the wrong message: that this is just a class-based gym, rather than the full support system we’ve built together.
So What Happens When You’re Away?
You’ve got two options, both designed to keep you progressing — even when you’re on a beach somewhere!
Option 1: Bank Your Missed Sessions
✅ You let us know in advance when you're away by filling in a short form
✅ We’ll bank the sessions once you have your form filled out
✅ You can use them any time before or after you holiday — with a 12-week expiry period
This gives you flexibility while ensuring you never lose out.
Option 2: Stay Consistent from Abroad
Prefer to keep moving while you’re away? We’ll send you holiday workouts via the MyCoach app — tailored to your space, equipment, and time.
