It’s a personalised and practical system that meets you where you’re at, whether you just want to know what to do—or you want weekly support while you do it.
We offer two levels of coaching depending on what kind of support you feel you need.
Whether you’re ready to go all-in or just want a solid plan to follow, the Nutrition Accelerator is here to help you gain traction, see progress, and feel in control of your nutrition—without cutting out everything you enjoy.
We only run this once per training block, so if you’re ready to take part, look out for out notifications about upcoming intakes, and we’ll help you choose the right tier for you.
Tier One – Self-Led with Structure
Perfect for: Independent clients who just want clarity and a plan.
In Tier One, you’ll receive:
A personalised calorie and macro breakdown tailored to your goals.
A clear explanation of what those numbers mean and how to use them.
Guidance on how to build your meals, hit your targets, and stay consistent.
A starter meal guide and food list to make planning and prep simple.
You’ll then take the plan and run with it on your own, with the peace of mind that you’re working from an expert framework designed specifically for your body and your goals.
This is ideal if you’re motivated and just need to be pointed in the right direction.
Tier Two – Coaching + Accountability
Perfect for: Clients who want extra support, structure, and weekly accountability.
Tier Two includes everything in Tier One, plus:
Weekly check-ins to review your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
Ongoing guidance and coaching so you’re never left guessing.
Support via WhatsApp throughout the 6 weeks.
Education support to help you build habits that stick.
Troubleshooting and adjustments based on your actual lifestyle and results.
This is ideal if:
You’ve struggled with consistency in the past.
You want someone in your corner to help you stay on track.
